Special Announcement – Marie Clark Ticket Deal!

Until December 31st 2011, Marie Clark Musical Theatre is giving you the opportunity to secure early bird tickets to our 2012 shows at a significantly discounted rate. For only $120 (that’s $20 a ticket), you can get a book of 6 ticket vouchers valid for either of our 2012 season shows – A Chorus Line in May 2012, and a soon-to-be-announced show for October 2012. Regular adult ticket prices are $25 each (so that’s a $30 saving already), but for our second show in 2012 ticket prices will be rising to $28 for adults (so you could be saving nearly $50!). Don’t wait around – only 100 books are available, and these are strictly first-come, first-served.

To organise your book of ticket vouchers, ring Merici in our Box Office on 08 8251 3926 and book (and pay) before December 31st – we’ll post them directly out to you as soon as we can (at no cost). If you know anybody who enjoys a great night at the theatre, this would make an excellent Christmas gift (or even a little treat for yourself).

You have total flexibility with this offer – use the ticket vouchers on either show, or split them across both! You can even give a few of them to a friend!

This offer will not last, and is only valid for the first 100 bookings before December 31st 2011. Will we see you for Season 2012?

Call 08 8251 3926 or email tickets@marieclark.asn.au today!

A Chorus Line – Information Night

Will you walk the line?

In an empty theatre, on a bare stage, casting for a new Broadway musical is almost complete. For 17 dancers, this audition is the chance of a lifetime. It’s what they’ve worked for – with every drop of sweat, every hour of training, every day of their lives. It’s the one opportunity to do what they’ve always dreamed — to have the chance to dance. This is A Chorus Line, the musical for everyone who’s ever had a dream and put it all on the line. Winner of nine Tony Awards®, including “Best Musical” and the Pulitzer Prize for drama, this singular sensation is the longest-running American Broadway musical ever.

…and it’s coming to Adelaide in May 2012! You can be a part of this showcase musical, just by auditioning with Marie Clark Musical Theatre. To find out more, come along to our information night on Tuesday, October 11 2011, at the Arts Theatre, Angas St, Adelaide. The night will begin at 7:30pm and provide lots of opportunities for you to meet with the production team and ask any questions you might have.

All of the information presented on the night will be uploaded here, to our website, so don’t worry if you can’t get there!

A Chorus Line opens on May 25 2012, and runs for a limited season of 8 shows until June 2. The show will be directed by Mel George, with musical direction by Ben Stefanoff and choreography by Victoria Beal.

If you’re not there to walk the line, how will you make the cut on Broadway?
